For 7 years, La Voce del fiume has meant quality hospitality in the Lucanian Apennines National Park, the ideal stop for those travelling for business or leisure and who want to live the unique experience of pleasant and authentic places rich in biodiversity and historical, architectural and monumental beauties that are typical of small villages and rural territories, real treasure chests of beauty.

We have formalised a series of values/principles which we believe to be fundamental in highlighting our daily commitment to establishing a relationship of trust with our guests.

We have collected them in a Charter of Services and Values which contains the founding elements of our activity and our vision of the hospitality sector, also following the Coronavirus emergency.
RESPECT FOR GUESTS
Between us and those who choose us for their stay, there is always a relationship that goes beyond the ordinary commercial transaction in exchange for a service. It is a relationship based on respect and trust. We never talk about customers but about GUESTS, "people who welcome people". Respect for the specific needs of each guest, their privacy and their time, are fundamental "imperatives" for us. Our willingness to meet any of our guests' needs, our attention and flexible services, the promises we keep, the experiential and sensory proposals, which have always kept alive the emotion and the memory of the trip, have built the trust, reliability and reliability that have distinguished us for 7 years now. The family management has been an added value to guarantee the reliability that has always been recognised.
SAFETY
The safety of our guests and staff is an absolute priority for us. All rooms, bathrooms and common areas are regularly sanitized and sanitized with professional products, in accordance with current regulations and international standards.In emergencies requiring procedures to avoid possible contagion, the breakfast buffet is replaced by breakfast in the room and on the terraces or in the garden. In the same vein, the tables in the breakfast room have been spaced out to ensure socialisation but always respecting social distancing.The hotel has installed a disinfectant gel dispenser, available to guests on their arrival and during their stay at the entrance and in common areas.
TRANSPARENCY
Our booking procedure is transparent and offers certain guarantees. It is guaranteed that the reservation made is respected, that priority is given to subsequent reservations, and that the services provided are consistent with what was agreed upon.Prices are clearly indicated on our website and it is possible to book online. Vouchers and advances will be refunded in the event of cancellation or failure to stay due to difficulties or changes in the programme.
FLEXIBILITY
Our ability to look ahead and constantly interpret the signals of the market and the times in which we live has led us, over the years, to develop a strong spirit of adaptation and flexibility.It is thanks to this flexibility that we now choose to adapt our pricing policy to the needs of our customers: we want to free them from the burden of tied bookings by eliminating prepaid and non-refundable rates and giving them the option of changing or cancelling their bookings.This same flexibility has also led us to implement new practices for sanitising the rooms and common areas, as well as new ways of managing the reception and breakfast service, as a further guarantee of our guests' safety.

QUALITY 
Thanks to our trusted partners, we are able to provide you with comfortable and ideally equipped rooms for an (as far as possible) pleasant stay in which nothing is missing. Our breakfast room is supplied daily with high quality raw materials selected one by one and sourced exclusively in our area. With our expert hands, guided by the recipes of our mothers and grandmothers, we are able to create unique and genuine products, inspired by the local tradition and often declined according to new gastronomic trends.
TERRITORY
La Voce del fiume is committed to enhancing the territory with its choices of both products and services. The raw materials used for breakfast are products selected from among the gastronomic excellences of the region, for the supply of furniture and equipment we prefer local companies, mainly craftsmen.We are available with our organisation to give those who stay with us the opportunity to fully and safely experience the cultural, monumental and scenic offerings of the area.We are committed to fostering the development of the local economy because we trust in collaboration, reciprocity and the common goal of offering guests a local system of tourist offerings, integrating the resources and operators of the area.
SUSTAINABILITY 
Since opening, we have chosen environmental, social and economic sustainability as the founding principle of our hospitality project. At La Voce del fiume, respect for the environment and for the territory is expressed in many ways, from the choice of sustainable products both for the hygiene of the premises and for the person (olive oil soap branded La Voce del fiume in the courtesy line) to the choice of alternative sources for energy saving (photovoltaic and solar panels at the service of the Residence) and for water saving (reuse of rainwater for garden irrigation). Respect for the environment, also in the choice of sustainable mobility (electric bikes) to move around the area.

    The location, convenient and well connected with motorways and public transport, is enhanced by a style of hospitality made of passion and vocation, which receives its guests (never customers) with attention and care, making them feel at home.
